Preliminary design

This settlement develops along the banks of the Nile and tends to be a filter between the city of Khartoum and its river giving continuity to the existing urban axis. The project has the following four different logical areas and functions: residential, hospitality, commercial and retail.

Interior design project

A central spine joins the CEO area with the rest of the office. The lobby and representation spaces are located along this spine. The office is characterized by  a glass partition system that allows one space to interact with another.

Architectural project

The villa's design consists of clean and pure lines to create a calming visual effect. Large windows are screened by louver blinds, managed by a computer system to guarantee optimal brightness and temperature during the day and between seasons.

Architectural project

The building has been designed to reflect the natural surroundings and benefit from all its qualities, including the inherent challenges. The solar radiation in Qatar while being an exceptional resource, poses significant problems.
